Adventure Weekend Schedule

*Please note: Meals are not provided by PALS. All meals throughout the weekend are on your own. We encourage you to take advantage of the 15% discount at all sit-down restaurants within Great Wolf Lodge.

Friday

4pm: Check in to your room at Great Wolf Lodge and get settled in.
5-7pm: Stop by the Fallen Timbers meeting room to officially check in with PALS, receive your registration bag, get weekend information, sign up for affinity groups, and connect with other attendees.

Saturday

10am-6pm: Enjoy the water park and other Great Wolf Lodge attractions within the hotel. Be sure to stop by the Adventure Weekend cabana throughout the day to connect with attendees!
7-9pm: Join us for an evening of dancing, games, and community connection in the Fallen Timbers meeting room!

Sunday

8-10am: Stop by Fallen Timbers for coffee, donuts, and one last chance to connect before heading home.
11am: Hotel check out. Guests will continue to have waterpark access for the remainder of the day.

Meet the PALS Staff who will be hosting the weekend!

  • Guests will check in at the front desk and receive wristbands for each occupant listed on the reservation.

    A personal credit card will be required from each guest at check-in to cover any incidental charges.

    Note: Great Wolf Lodge recommends checking in directly with a front desk agent rather than using the kiosk to ensure a smooth experience.

    Pro Tip: Drivers should wear their wristband on their left wrist for easier entry and exit from the parking area.

  • Upon entering the parking lot, push button for a ticket – Do not enter your Credit Card.

    You will use your wristband to enter and exit the parking lot for the duration of your stay, including exiting at departure.

    Discounted parking is linked with your guest room at $10/night. 

  • Meals are not provided by PALS, and must be purchased through Great Wolf Lodge.

    You may bring your own food, drinks, and snacks into your private room or in the water park. Outside food can not be brought into any meeting or event areas.

  • No, supervision is not provided by PALS. While PALS staff will be in attendance to coordinate certain activities, this is not an official PALS program. Each individual or family is fully responsible for their own supervision, safety, and participation throughout the weekend.
